AM I Beautiful?

Ah, the age old question. Am I beautiful?

We like to say

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!"

And it is

"Pretty is as pretty does."

So it is true

So then, why we nagged with thoughts of beauty? Why do we compare ourselves to billboards, saying "if I could look like that, I'd be beautiful."?

We are being lied to.

What is true beauty? To find that we need to know what God says about beauty.

What does God say about beauty?

God says that holiness is beauty!

"You shalt make holy garments...for glory and for beauty." Exodus 28:2

"Praise the beauty of holiness!" 2 Chronicles 20:21

"Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD,

she shall be praised." Proverbs 31:30

Definition: Holiness> The state of being Holy

Definition: Holy > Perfect in Goodness & Righteousness
